The spectacular Redstone development in Indian Land opened in April 2018. The 310,000 square foot retail center will have eight restaurants, shops and a 14 screen theater. The project is a joint venture between MVP Properties and Red Ventures. Also, the Promenade in Indian Land near Carolina Lakes, opened in September 2018. The 280,000 square foot shopping center is home to Burlington Coat Factory, Five Below, Hobby Lobby, Kirkland's, Panera Bread, Petco, Ross, Starbuck's, TJ Maxx and ULTA.
